Andrew McFarlane v Stuff Limited

Andrew McFarlane's personal grievance against Stuff Limited over the ending of his employment, as a senior account director, by redundancy. The Employment Relations Authority found he was unjustifiably dismissed and ordered remedies. Stuff Limited then challenged that determination in the Employment Court, which set it aside by consent and discontinued the proceeding.
