Yuan Zhao v Public Service Commission

Yuan Zhao, a public servant suspended on pay since October 2022 while the Public Service Commission ran a disciplinary process drawing on classified security information, claimed unjustified disadvantage and sought an interim injunction to halt that process. The Authority removed the matter to the Employment Court, which made a short holding order and then declined the injunction. The disadvantage claim itself had not been heard as at the last of these decisions.
