VLN v Elizabeth Rose Dotcom, Kim Dotcom and Contractors Only Limited

An applicant, referred to by the code VLN, brought an employment relationship problem against two individuals and a company, claiming to have been an employee and seeking personal grievance and wage-related remedies. The Authority removed the whole problem to the Employment Court without investigating it, and the Court made interim orders prohibiting publication of the applicant's name; the Authority later fixed costs of the removal application. None of these decisions decides the claims themselves.
