Diana Zhao v DSV Air & Sea Limited

Diana Zhao applied for interim reinstatement after her employer, DSV, made her position redundant, while her personal grievance for unjustified dismissal was outstanding. The Employment Relations Authority granted interim reinstatement. DSV challenged that determination in the Employment Court, which has so far decided only an application for leave to file further evidence; the challenge itself remains to be determined.
