VALENTIN CECCHINI v ANNA BAKER

Valentin Cecchini claimed unpaid wages and holiday pay from Anna Baker for building and maintenance work that she said was not employment. The Employment Relations Authority found an employment relationship and ordered payment of wages and holiday pay. Ms Baker's challenge to that determination in the Employment Court was struck out, and a judicial review application she also brought in the Court has been stayed.
