Auto John Huntley-Byrne v Dallison 2021 Limited

Auto John Huntley-Byrne claimed he was unjustifiably dismissed from a café run by Dallison 2021 Limited; the Authority upheld the claim, reduced his remedies by 10% for contribution, imposed a penalty for incomplete wage and time records, and later fixed costs.
