Trust Codes Global Limited (now Datarail Limited) v Christina Worley

The employer claimed in the Employment Relations Authority that its former employee deleted and removed company information as her employment ended, and the Authority found a breach of her employment agreement and imposed a penalty. The employee challenged that determination in the Employment Court, where the only judgment in the record is an interlocutory consent judgment granting a stay of execution on conditions. The Authority later determined costs separately and left all costs and expenses to lie where they fall.
