Amandeep Bhardwaj v Ace Logistics Limited

Amandeep Bhardwaj's claims against his former employer, Ace Logistics Limited, and its director Michael Prasad were settled during the Authority's investigation meeting and recorded as a consent determination, and the Authority later made a compliance order when the agreed payments were not made. The matter has reached the Employment Court, which declined to stay the compliance orders and fixed costs against the company and Mr Prasad on their earlier, unsuccessful application for leave to challenge the consent determination out of time.
