A Labour Inspector v FWP

A Labour Inspector brought enforcement proceedings against St Arnaud Alpine Store 2019 Limited and its director, Naveen Dutta, over breaches of minimum employment standards. The Authority imposed penalties on both and declined to withhold their names, and the company and Mr Dutta challenged that determination in the Employment Court. The Court reduced the penalties to reflect their limited financial means but found no error in the refusal of non-publication.
