XDC v Allied Investments Limited
XDC resigned and brought personal grievances against the former employer, which the Authority investigated as constructive dismissal and unjustified disadvantage and declined, later fixing costs against XDC and refusing to reopen that costs determination. XDC challenged the substantive determination in the Employment Court. The Court's judgments in the record so far deal with steps in that challenge, not its merits: a filing fee waiver with interim non-publication, leave for the employer to file a late defence, and a refused recall of a costs order.
