Philip Stewart v Rooney Farms Limited

Philip Stewart brought personal grievances against Rooney Farms Limited, which employed him as a senior shepherd, over his suspension and his resignation in June 2024. The Authority found Mr Stewart was unjustifiably disadvantaged and constructively dismissed, and later fixed costs. Rooney Farms Limited brought a challenge in the Employment Court and applied to stay execution of the Authority's payment orders pending the outcome of that challenge; the Court declined the stay.
