Andrea Liddall v Nupacific RV Limited

Andrea Liddall brought claims in the Employment Relations Authority against Nupacific RV Limited and Bruce Judge, and the Authority first decided a preliminary question: whether she remained an employee after becoming an account manager in 2016. The Authority found she was an employee of the company. Nupacific RV Limited and Bruce Judge then applied to the Employment Court for leave to challenge that determination out of time, and the Court declined leave.
