AXE v QVM

AXE v QVM is a coded matter in which a former employee, AXE, claimed constructive dismissal and unjustified disadvantage against their former employer, QVM. The Authority upheld both grievances and later fixed costs. QVM challenged the determination in the Employment Court, which has so far ruled only on interim non-publication and a stay of the Authority's orders.
