Marilou Lewis v TKW Collective Pty Limited

Marilou Lewis, engaged by the call-centre operator TKW as a casual employee for a week of training, claimed she was unjustifiably dismissed and disadvantaged when told on the last day that she was not suited to the campaign she was training for. The Authority found she was neither dismissed nor disadvantaged and ordered costs against her. Her challenge in the Employment Court was dismissed.
