Ian Kevin Renner v Manawatu Motors 1970 Limited

A sales manager's claims against his former employer, Manawatu Motors 1970 Limited, about a claimed suspension, an annual leave deduction and unpaid commission, and the company's counterclaim that he breached his duties to it while still employed. The Authority decided which claims were made out and left the amounts for later. The company challenged the determination in the Employment Court, which has given a substantive judgment and a judgment on commission and costs.
