Frank Resink v Employment Services Limited

Frank Resink, a recruitment consultant, claimed Employment Services Limited unjustifiably dismissed him after he resigned in June 2023 while on stress leave during a disciplinary investigation. The Authority found an unjustified constructive dismissal and awarded remedies and costs. The company challenged the whole determination in the Employment Court, which declined to stay the Authority's orders and then reached the same conclusions and upheld the same awards.
