YFX v Chief of the New Zealand Defence Force

YFX resigned and brought personal grievances against the former employer. The Authority found a constructive dismissal and awarded compensation and later costs, but on the employer's challenge the Employment Court set the determination aside, holding there was no breach of duty and no dismissal and that none of the disadvantage grievances succeeded. The Court then ordered YFX to pay costs for both the Court proceeding and the Authority investigation.
