LDJ v EZC

LDJ, a former employee of EZC, claims that the settlement agreement between them does not bind LDJ because LDJ lacked the mental capacity to sign it. The Authority made interim non-publication orders for both parties but declined to remove the matter to the Employment Court. The Court then granted special leave for removal and has since ruled on non-publication and disclosure.
