Sher Singh v E tū Incorporated
Sher Singh, a union organiser, brought personal grievances against E tū Incorporated over his suspension and dismissal in July 2020, after a complaint to the union about his conduct. The Employment Relations Authority found both unjustified, and both parties then challenged its determination in the Employment Court. The Court, after a hearing, also found the suspension and dismissal unjustified.
