Adin Nasar v Expert IT Group Limited

Adin Nasar brought a claim against a company, with its managing director named as a second respondent, for wages, holiday pay and remedies for unjustified dismissal, saying he was an employee. The Authority found he was a volunteer and ordered costs against him. He challenged that determination in the Employment Court, which so far has given one interlocutory judgment, on service; the challenge itself is not decided in these decisions.
