Turner v Wairarapa District Health Board

Ms Turner, a community palliative care nurse, brought a personal grievance against the Wairarapa District Health Board over her summary dismissal in April 2021, after the board investigated her Facebook posts. The Authority rejected her claims and the Employment Court dismissed her challenge. The Court of Appeal granted an extension of time but declined leave to appeal.
