WDT v JJP

The applicant, WDT, and the respondent, JJP, reached a full and final settlement of all issues between them at an Authority investigation meeting, recorded by consent. When JJP fell behind on the agreed instalments, the Authority made compliance orders requiring JJP to pay the arrears and continue the weekly payments, and later ordered JJP to pay WDT $1,434.31 toward the costs of obtaining those orders.
