Julie Hills v Triple SSS Limited and Jay & Bee (2006) Limited

Julie Hills brought an employment relationship problem in the Employment Relations Authority against two companies with the same sole director, Triple SSS Limited and Jay & Bee (2006) Limited, over her dismissal from work at licensed premises and her pay. The Authority found Jay & Bee (2006) Limited was her employer and had dismissed her unjustifiably. The matter has been before the Authority only, in a costs determination and then a compliance order for the unpaid balance.
