Ashish Maharaj v Wesley Wellington Mission Incorporated

Ashish Maharaj's claim against Wesley Wellington Mission Incorporated for arrears of wages under the Minimum Wage Act 1983, arising from the period between 2003 and 2006 when he was engaged by the respondent, failed in the Employment Relations Authority and in the Employment Court. Both found that a settlement signed in 2006 and the six-year limitation period stood in the way. The Court struck out his challenge to the Authority's determination.
