Pamela Sheath v The Selwyn Foundation and Selwyn Care Limited

Pamela Sheath, dismissed on the ground of redundancy on 30 June 2015, applied to have her unjustified dismissal personal grievance against The Selwyn Foundation and Selwyn Care Limited moved from the Employment Relations Authority to the Employment Court. The Authority refused the application, and the Employment Court then granted special leave for the removal. The decisions so far deal only with where the grievance is to be heard, not with whether the dismissal was justified.
