Joyce Nayathodan v The Selwyn Foundation

A former employee raised personal grievances against her employer, and the Employment Relations Authority first decided preliminary questions about an alleged settlement and whether the grievances were raised in time. The employer challenged that determination in the Employment Court, which decided which parts of it could be challenged and stayed the Authority's investigation. The parties later resolved all issues, and a consent judgment set the determination aside.
