Stephen Davis v Commissioner of Police
Stephen Davis, a police officer, brought further personal grievances against the Commissioner of Police alleging unjustified disadvantage and breaches of good faith, arising after the Authority's earlier determination against him. The Authority removed them to the Employment Court, which has since ruled on a preliminary question about whether two of the grievances were raised in time. That ruling did not decide the grievances' merits.
