Q v The Commissioner of Police

Q, a long-serving officer, brought three personal grievances against the employer, over a written warning, a refusal to return Q to normal duties, and dismissal for serious misconduct. The Authority found against Q on all three and ordered Q to contribute to the employer's costs. Q challenged the determination in the Employment Court, where the judgment in this record is an interlocutory ruling on closed hearings and non-publication rather than a decision on the challenge.
