Christine Rose v Order of St John

Christine Rose's claims of unjustified disadvantage and unjustified constructive dismissal against her former employer were removed from the Employment Relations Authority to the Employment Court. In the Court, the Chief Judge decided one preliminary question about evidence concerning a mediation between the parties. Neither decision determined the grievance claims themselves.
