Roz Service v Young Men's Christian Association of Christchurch Inc

An education director's grievance over her summary dismissal by the association that employed her went from the Employment Relations Authority to the Employment Court. The Authority found the dismissal unjustified and halved her remedies for her own contribution. On challenges from both sides, the Court again found the dismissal unjustified, made no reduction for contribution and awarded larger sums.
