Stephen Davis v Commissioner of Police

Stephen Davis, a police officer, claimed that the Commissioner of Police unjustifiably disadvantaged him in how supervisors and managers handled the breakdown of his working relationship with another officer at a small rural station in Northland, including his move to another station. The Employment Relations Authority found he had no personal grievance. The Employment Court, hearing his challenge together with a second set of grievances removed to it from the Authority, dismissed his claims and awarded costs against him.
